1) Palak Parantha

Ingredients:

  • Atta- 1 ½ cupsPalak- 1 ½ cupsGinger- ½ inchGarlic clove- 2 mincedGreen chili- 1 choppedSalt- as per tasteWater- to blend palaOil for kneadingGhee- for roasting

Directions:

  • Wash palak and drain them. Now add it in a blender with chili, ginger, garlic to make a fine puree with 1-2 tbsp of waterAdd the puree to the flour along with salt and spicesNow knead the flour to make it a dough. You may add oil to make it more softSet it aside for 10-15 minutesNow take a small sized ball out of the dough and roll it to make a paranthaHeat a tawa and transfer the parantha onto the tawaFlip it and roast it from both sides using gheeServe with makhan or chutney

2) Mix veg parantha

Ingredients:

  • Atta- 1 cupSalt- as per tasteGinger garlic paste- 1 tbspRed chili powder- ½ tspGaram masala- ¼ tspAjwain- ½ tspGhee for fryingPotatoes boiled and cubed- ½ cupCarrots cubed- ½ cupCauliflower- ¼ cupPeas- ¼ cupCoriander leaves- a handful

Directions:

  • Steam and boil all vegetables until they are just cookedMash them with a masher until smoothAdd all the spices in it and mix wellNow add atta to this and mix wellKnead to make a soft doughSet it aside for 10-15 minutesNow take a small sized ball out of the dough and roll it to make a paranthaHeat a tawa and transfer the parantha onto the tawaFlip it and roast it from both sides using gheeServe with makhan or chutney

3) Methi parantha

Ingredients:

  • Atta- 1 cupMethi leaves- ½ cupGaram masala- ¼ tspChili powder- 1/8 tspOil—for kneadingGhee- for greasing

Directions:

  • In a bowl, mix atta, methi leaves, curd, garam masala, chili powder, garlic and knead it by adding water to make a soft doughSet it aside for 10-15 minutesNow take a small sized ball out of the dough and roll it to make a paranthaHeat a tawa and transfer the parantha onto the tawaFlip it and roast it from both sides using gheeServe with makhan or chutney

4) Paneer parantha

Ingredients:

  • Atta- 1 cupPaneer- ½ cup crumbled and softYogurt- 2 tbspWater- as neededGaram masala- ¼ tspTurmeric- pinchGreen chilies- 1 choppedOil- 1 tbsp

Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl add flour, paneer, turmeric, chilies, salt, coriander leaves, water and yogurt and mix it well and knead to make it a doughSet it aside for 10-15 minutesNow take a small sized ball out of the dough and roll it to make a paranthaHeat a tawa and transfer the parantha onto the tawaFlip it and roast it from both sides using gheeServe with makhan or chutney
