Long Island Iced Tea (LIIT)

Ingredients :

  • Vodka – ½ fluid 30 mlRum – ½ fluid 30 mlGin- ½ fluid 30 mlOrange flavoured liqueur – ½ fluid 30 mlSweet and sour mix – 1 fluid 30 mlLemon slice – 1

Directions :

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubesPour vodka, rum ,gin , tequila, orange flavoured liqueur and sweet and sourMix over ice, cover and shakePour cocktail into aa hurricane glassTop with splash of cola for colourAnd garnish with a slice of lemon

Strawberry Ginger Punch
Ingredients :

  • Sugar – ¼ cupStrawberries – 3 cupsGinger – 3 inchesBasil leaves – ½ cupVodka – 1 ½ cupLime juice – 3 tablespoonsSoda – 2 1 ½ cups

Directions :

  • Mix sugar, ½ cup of strawberries, half of ginger and 1/3 cup of water in a small saucepan, bring to a boiling point, stir to dissolve sugarReduce heat and simmer, until berries soften for about 3 minutes. Let it cool and set the syrup asideMuddle 2 cups of strawberries, ¼ cup of basil and the remaining ginger in a bowlAdd vodka, lime juice and the syrup, stir them well to combineLet it cool for 30 minutes and up to 2 hours to let flavours meldStrain the mixture into a large bowl, pressing on solids to release as much liquid as possibleAdd soda and remaining ½ cup of strawberries and ¼ cup of basilServe over ice and enjoy

Vodka Mint Lemonade

Ingredients :

  • Lemons – 4Fresh mint leavesCold water – 8 cupsSugar – ½ cupVodka – 1-2 cupsIce cubesLemon slices to garnish

Directions :

  • Put the fresh lemons in the blender with 2 cups of water, sugar, some ice and half of the mint leavesBlend them until lemons are crushed. The mixture should be slightly foamyStrain the lemonade and add the 6 remaining cups of waterStir in the vodkaServe with ice and garnished with mint leaves and lemon slices

Cherry Punch

Ingredients :

  • Cherry puree – 60 mlGinger – 100 gmWater – 150 mlRiesling wine- 3 glasses

Directions :·     Muddle the ginger and cherry puree together·     Add water and bring it to a boil, boil it till reduces to half·     Top it off with Riesling wine·     Serve it cool garnished with a cherry

Campfire Cocktail

Ingredients :

  • Marshmallow – 1Chocolate syrup – 1 tablespoonCracker crumbs – 1 tablespoonVodka – 30 mlIceBaileys – 60 mlMilk – 60 ml

Directions :

  • Place marshmallow in a small pan over medium heat and toast until browned like for 1-2 minutesMeanwhile, rim a lowball glass with chocolate sauce and dip immediately in graham cracker crumbsFill your cocktail shaker with ice, toss in the vodka and baileys and shake wellPlace 2-3 cubes in your glass pour liquor mixture overtop, fill the rest of the glass with milk and top with toasted marshmallow and enjoy!

Mojito  

Ingredients :

  • Lime – 2Mint leaves – 5Sugar – 1 tablespoonRum – 50 mlSoda waterStrawberries (optional)

Directions :

  • Mash the lime, mint leaves and sugar in a glassStir the rum in and add some soda water in itFor some extra taste burst and add a small handful of strawberries at the start.
