Being on a diet and keeping control over your sweet tooth cravings can be a tough deal. And the worst part is the more you try to control your cravings, the more you crave and end up eating even more sweets. So the only way to keep a hold on your cravings is to snack wisely. We have brought here some low sugar, low carb keto desserts that are just perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth.

1) Peanut butter cookies


· Peanut butter – 1 cup

· Keto approved sweetener/ honey – ½ cup

· Egg – 1


· Preheat oven to 350 degrees

· In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until all are combined well

· Now roll the dough into small balls with your hands

· On a baking tray, place a butter paper and place the balls

· Press down each ball with a fork and bake these for 12-15 minutes until golden brown

· Once baked, allow them to cool down on a wire mesh.

· Serve or store in airtight containers

2) Peanut butter bombs


· Whipping cream – 1 cup

· Cream cheese – 1 cup

· Peanut butter – 2 ¼ tbsp.

· Natural sweetener/ honey – 5 tbsp

· Vanilla – ½ tsp

· Unsweetened chocolate – 1 bar


· Beat whipping cream in a bowl until it doubles it size

· Now in another bowl add cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla and beat with a mixer until fluffy and creamy

· Now add the whipping cream into the peanut butter mixture and mix well until combined

· Now add chocolate shavings on top and refrigerate overnight

· Serve next day

3) Chocolate mousse


· Unsalted butter – 60 g

· Cream cheese – 60 g

· Heavy whipping cream – 90 g

· Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp

· Sweetener (or honey) – as per taste


· Combine softened butter and sweetener and stir till they combine

· Now add cream cheese and blend well

· To this add cocoa powder and blend well

· Whip the whipping cream and slowly add it to the mixture

· Scoop out the mousse into small glasses and refrigerate for 30 mins

· Serve

4) Coconut cookies


· Unsweetened coconut flakes shredded – 3 cups

· Coconut oil – 1 cup

· Maple syrup – ½ cup


· In a mixing bowl add all the mentioned ingredients and mix them well.

· Now scoop the mixture to form small balls

· Place a parchment paper on a tray

· Place the balls on the parchment paper

· Use a fork to press the cookie down

· Refrigerate until firm

· Serve

5) Pineapple coconut bars


· Unsweetened shredded coconut - 3 cups

· Coconut oil - 1 ½ cup

· Sweetener (or honey) - 3 tbsp

· Pineapple extract - ½ tsp

· Dried pineapple - 2 tbsp


· In a microwaveable bowl combine unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut oil, and sweetener and heat until the coconut has softened and all the ingredients have melted

· Now let it cool on room temperature and add pineapple extract and dried pineapples.

· Place a parchment paper on a tray and pour the mix on it and press firmly in place

· Refrigerate until firm

· Cut into slices and serve
