1. Easy veggie pasta salad


Ingredients :

  • Rotini pasta – 450 gm
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Grape tomatoes – 1 cup
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1
  • Beans – 2 cups
  • Green bell pepper – 1
  • Spinach – 2-3 leaves
  • Red onion – ½ medium
  • Broccoli crown – 1 medium
  • Red pepper Italian dressing – ¾ cup
  • Salt and pepper – as per taste

Directions :

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook the pasta until soft, let it cool and drain the water
  • Transfer the pasta to a large bowl, toss with vegetable oil to prevent sticking while preparing the veggies
  • Now cut the tomatoes and beans, add on top of the pasta, cut the spinach, dice the pepper, cut the onions into small rings and add it to the bowl
  • Then cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces and add them too
  • Pour the Italian dressing over the vegetables and pasta toss them gently and season with salt and pepper to taste
  • And serve!

2. Greek pasta salad


Ingredients :

  • Short pasta – 450 gm
  • Cucumber – 1
  • Grape tomatoes – 1 pint
  • Red bell pepper – 1
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1
  • Pitted olives – ½ cup
  • Cheese – ½ cup
  • Red onion – ¼ cup
  • Greek salad dressing – 1 cup bottled

Directions :

  • Bring pasta to a boil, cook until its soft
  • Combine Greek salad dressing with cucumber, grape tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers , olives, red onions and cheese (chopped)
  • Toss them together and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving

3. Italian style pasta salad


Ingredients :

  • Fusilli pasta – 450 gm
  • Mozzarella cheese balls – 250 gm
  • Chicken sausage – 1 packet
  • Tomatoes – 2 cups
  • Black olives – ¾ cup
  • Fresh parsley – ¼ cup
  • Red onions, Feta cheese and Pepperoncini – sliced
  • Italian dressing – 1 ½ cup

Directions :

  • Bring water to a boil, put a pasta in a large bowl and cook until its soft
  • Toss chopped mozzarella cheese balls, chicken sausage, tomatoes. Black olives, parsley, red onions, feta cheese and pepperoncini in a bowl, combine well
  • And serve it chilled

4. Asian pasta salad


Ingredients :

  • Linguine Pasta – 250 gm
  • Green onions – 2
  • Carrots – 1 cup
  • Red bell pepper – 1
  • Celery chopped – ¼ cup
  • Green bell pepper – 1

(For Dressing)

  • Soy sauce – ½ cup
  • Vegetable oil – ¼ cup
  • Light brown sugar – ¼ cup
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • Dried ginger – ¼ tsp

Directions :

  • Cook pasta in a large pot filled with water and just a pinch of oil so that it does not stick
  • Let it cool then transfer cooked pasta to a large bowl and add all the ingredients listed above
  • And toss them well to combine
  • Now take another bowl, and whisk all the dressing ingredients together and pour dressing over the pasta mixture
  • Toss them to coat with dressing, and leave it in an airtight container in a refrigerator to chill overnight or a few hours before serving

5. Egg pasta salad


Ingredients :

  • Macaroni – 450 gm
  • Mayonnaise – 1 ½ cup
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp
  • Sweet pickle relish – 2 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs – 6
  • Rib celery – 2-3
  • Black olives – ½ cup
  • Pimientos – 100 gm
  • Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper – to taste
  • Green onions

Directions :

  • Boil pasta in a large bowl and let it cool
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients listed above except eggs and mix with pasta until tossed well
  • Gently fold in eggs and garnish it with green onions
  • Chill it before serving
