With the rising temperature and scorching heat during the unbearable summer months, the body gets dehydrated and fatigued as we sweat a lot and the body loses a lot of water. For refreshments and to recover the loss of water and minerals, we generally opt for aerated water or sodas. But they are not healthy options, so this summer we need to rediscover the healthy options available to quench our thirst and beat the heat in a healthy way. Let us look at some of the wonderful and naturally healthy summer drink options to fight the blazing heat –

Coconut Water: Coconut water is a natural coolant and its sweetness makes it a perfect drink to beat the heat. It helps to recover the mineral content of the body lost due to sweating while keeping the body hydrated. For better refreshment chill it in the freeze and then have it.
